It’s me Riga! Publication
Recently we have finished an interesting collaboration project Riga- New Urban Typologies (NUT), together with Swedish Institute and Fargfabriken Stockholm. Riga NUT was devoted to presence of the “Otherness” in the urban environment of Riga city. It all got summed up in a nice publication “It’s me Riga!” curated by Daniel Urey, Johanna Bartel, Oskars Redbergs and Dina Suhanova. There are some nice texts by well known writers. Besides, there you will find some of the recent work of FAD students Igors Malovickis and Ernests Šveisbergs.
Oskars Redbergs text “Friendly Riga” was inspired by conversation with Krzysztof Nawratek we had a few month ago in Frankfurt am Main.
