The Winner announced_Design competition Rīgā, Krāsotāju Street 8/10

It has been a great pleasure for us- the jury members to participate in this experiment and see many different approaches to the design task. The Client has come up with innovative competition brief seeking for small size studio type apartments complemented with communal space and bicycle garages rather than car parks. This competition has been special, because it has set the focus on emerging and ever growing rental market that is becoming increasingly popular in the last years in Riga. Noslēdzies ideju konkurss par jaunbūvi Rīgā, Krāsotāju ielā 8/10

2017. gada 5. jūnijā tika pasludināti atklātā ideju konkursa “Daudzstāvu daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas ar komerctelpām pirmajā stāvā jaunbūve Rīgā, Krāsotāju ielā 8/10. Pavisam tika iesniegti 11 darbi. Izskatot tos, žūrija nolēma, ka Rīgas vēsturiskā centra un tā aizsardzības zonas teritorijas izmantošanas un apbūves noteikumiem, pilsētvides raksturam un konkursa programmai visatbilstošākie ir darbi ar devīzi A111A, DM777, KL010, MAR810, SML810 un UTC852, kas tika izvērtēti detalizētāk.

Rezultātā par uzvarētāju atzīts darbs ar devīzi „A111A” (“Lauder Architects” (Rita Laudere, Kārlis Lauders, Valdis Linde, Harijs Vucens, Betija Balode). 2. vieta piešķirta priekšlikumam „KL010” (“Avotiņš, Vincents un partneri” (Jānis Ielejs). Savukārt 3. vietu un 2000 EUR – darbs ar devīzi „MAR810” (“MERU arhitekti” (Oskars Kotello, Marta Kotello, Anna Dārija Roze, Beāte Zavadska, Jānis Ceriņš, Didzis Jaudzems).
